Displayed the Ferrari car at the Aseelah Hotel in Jeddah. Professional drivers from Italy accompanied the customers during their test drives

Cofique University Campaign

Introducing the Cofique Coffee sachet
Activity:

Installed a promotional table with promoters at universities across Riyadh, Jeddah and Damman for 2 weeks and distributed coffee cups to students to taste the product

Result:

Displayed a promotional stand in supermarkets across Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam for tasting 2 different flavors
Result:
Increase the market share by 12% which resulted in repeating the activation for the client in Q4 2019 using the same concept.

Displayed the Bentley car in resorts across Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. Professional drivers accompanied the customers during their test drives. Porta cabin/mobile showroom included samples of the available colors, interiors, and features of the product

Hankook University Campaign

Objective:

Sampling for the launch of the premium Excellence Soup 

Activity:

Our promoters roamed malls with the highest footfall in Riyadh, Jeddah & Dammam to distribute the 4 different soup flavors 

Result:

Sales increased by 9%

GMC Off Road Drifting Camp

Objective:

Launch of the new Sierra Truck & off-road demonstration for guests to experience the truck performance 

Activity:

est drive for the GMC Sierra for 4 weekends in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam. Bikes were available for guests for entertainment in addition to camels, falcons, Bar-B-Q, Music and other forms of amusements to entertain the guests 

Result:

5 cars were sold

Godiva

Objective:

Godiva is a well known premium chocolate. The brand have Launched a lower range chocolate named “master pieces” and wanted to create awareness 

Activity:

We have displayed a promotional stand for 2 weekends with promoters in supermarkets across Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam for tasting 

Result:

Penetration of market with 8% market share

Huggies In Store Activation

Objective:

Huggies had a challenge in selling its products, the objective was to increase direct sales

Activity:

We created a promotional table for 4 weekends in Riyadh, Jeddah & Dammam with a promoter to showcase the diaper to mothers & invite her to touch and feel its material. 

In parallel, Huggies had a discount offer to push sales. 

Result:

Sales increased around 11% around the activation period 

HP Laptops in Universities

Objective:

Create awareness for the launch of the new HP laptop (15 – bp103nx) 

 

Activity:

We displayed a promotional stand with promoters at Riyadh Princess Noura University and Dammam University to engage with females to learn about its features for 1 Week. 

Result:

HP laptop sales increased by 8%

KOTEX

Objective:

Increase Sales

Activity:

Our promoters at Pharmacies approached women who had the intention of 

buying panty liners from competitive brands. The promoter approached the women, introduced Kotex Maxi and tied to convince her to switch. If the woman switched to Kotex, the promoter would give her a discount voucher of 50% off the current purchase. In parallel, we activated a game related to information about Kotex, answering correctly, would allow them to win a gift from Kotex 

Result:

The sales increased by 18% with Kotex running out of stock at the pharmacies during the activation

Lipton

Objective:

Sampling for Lipton Ice tea Peach and Lemon flavors at Universities

Activity:

Our target was to distribute 1,500 samples at the universities. We had entertainment during the sampling where we have incorporated a Graffiti wall and hired a famous Graffiti artist to draw pictures requested by the students. In parallel, we have activated a competition between students to draw their dream in life for an opportunity to win products from Lipton

Result:

HP laptop sales increased by 8%

Nadec

Objective:

Create awareness for the launch of Nadec natural juices 

Activity:

An activation was implemented in stores and in supermarkets with promoters around the stands. The concept design of the stand was inspired by a palm to emphasise about the fact that the juices are fresh without preservatives or added sugar. To increase engagement with people, a mixer was available at the stand giving the opportunity for people to mix their favourite fruits / juice 

Result:

The campaign was successful gaining 7% market share from its competitors

Maserati

Objective:

Maserati had a challenge in sales for Nevante & Ghibli cars in Dammam.

Activity:

We displayed the cars at Universities in addition for immediate test drives for these 2 cars at Universities for 3 days 

Result:

4 Ghibli & 2 Nevante were sold during the activation

NEW LOOK Discounted Vouchers Campaign

Objective:

Create awareness for New look and increase sales

Activity:

We hired promoters to distribute 40% discount vouchers across all universities in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait & Bahrain.

Result:

New Look Sales increased by 23%

Nescafe University Sampling

Objective:

Tasting campaign at Universities

Activity:

We installed a promotional stand at Universities targeting students across Riyadh, Jeddah & Dammam whilst distributing cups of coffee to students in the morning before they entered their classes 

Result:

Instilling top of mind awareness

Hyundai

Objective:

Create awareness for Hyundai Kona around its launch period and give the opportunity for people to experience the car & its features 

Activity:

e displayed the cars at Universities to target students, in addition to 2 available vehicles for immediate test drives. We have integrated ipads with the stand to increase the engagement with students and activated a competition called “colour your Kona” which is an application to colour the car for a chance to win a smart pen branded by Hyundai 

Result:

7 cars were sold in Effat University Jeddah and 11 in Princess Noura University Riyadh and 4 in Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal Dammam

Sony

Objective:

Create awareness for the launch of Sony new water proof mobile

Activity:

We have designed and produced podiums and displayed them in Universities across Riyadh, Jeddah & Dammam. An Aquarium containing the mobile was installed to highlight on the water proof feature of the phone

Result:

Sony gained 15% market share

Nana

Objective:

Create awareness for Nana new product Fresh Protect & Maxi 

Activity:

We created a promotional table at Universities, theme parks and Gyms for 1 month across Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. We hired promoters to distribute samples for the 2 different products 

Result:

Market share increased by 7%

Nadec Greek Yogurt

Objective:

Launch Nadec Greek Yogurt 

Activity:

We designed a stand with tables in 3D object design having the same shape of the Yogurt packaging. The activation was implemented in 21 universities across the kingdom. Promoters were present during the activation to engage and distribute the 3 different flavours of the Yogurt to people for a taste test 

Result:

Nadec gained 8% Market share from its competitors

We hired Roaming Promoters with Samsung VR try-outs in malls next to the mobile shops areas in Riyadh & Jeddah
