Mashariq
Pen2Paper partnered with Mashariq during the 2024 Hajj and Umrah Forum with the goal of bringing to life an exhibition experience that redefined all standards. We got to work by preparing a state-of-the-art booth design - a two-story high open-air build adorned with LED screens on all sides. Inside the booth, we mapped out a unique experience that started with an interactive hologram and progressed into an animated 360 degree tunnel, a virtual reality experience, and exquisite catering.

The process
Pen2Paper and Mashariq collaborated on a state-of-the-art booth for the 2024 Hajj and Umrah Forum, featuring a two-story, open-air design with LED screens. The team used tools like Unity and Unreal Engine to build a virtual reality experience, complemented by an interactive hologram from Looking Glass Factory. Custom kiosks guided visitors through the experience, which culminated in a 360-degree animated tunnel and exquisite catering.
