Saudi Ministry of Culture
For the second year-running, Pen2Paper had the pleasure of partnering with the Saudi Ministry of Culture for Founding Day. Our scope involved planning and launching a nation-wide in-mall activation campaign that spanned the entire kingdom. The objective behind this was to raise awareness of Founding Day and educate locals, residents and tourists about its historical and cultural significance.
In each of the selected locations, we installed booths that we had designed and fabricated, assigned and trained promoters dressed in traditional Saudi clothing, provided handouts and giveaways, and facilitated interaction with passersby.

The Process
Pen2Paper's partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Culture for Founding Day involved the comprehensive planning and execution of a nation-wide in-mall activation campaign. The process began with the design and fabrication of custom booths, each tailored to reflect the cultural significance of Founding Day. These booths were strategically installed in selected malls across the kingdom. Promoters were carefully selected and trained, dressed in traditional Saudi attire to enhance the cultural authenticity of the experience. Pen2Paper also handled the logistics of creating and distributing educational handouts and culturally relevant giveaways. The booths were designed to facilitate meaningful interactions with passersby, allowing them to engage with the history and significance of Founding Day in an immersive and informative way.
